Moto Fuel Tracker（中文名称“摩托油耗”）以本地优先方式保存数据，并在你使用 iCloud 时通过你的 CloudKit 私有数据库同步。照片识别与主体抠图在设备上完成。App 不含广告、第三方分析或跨 App 追踪。
Moto Fuel Tracker stores data locally first and, when you use iCloud, syncs through your private CloudKit database. Image recognition and subject isolation run on-device. The app contains no ads, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
1. 适用范围1. Scope
本政策适用于 Moto Fuel Tracker 1.2 版及后续兼容更新在 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 上的数据处理。Apple 提供的 App Store、StoreKit、iCloud 与 CloudKit 服务同时受 Apple 自己的条款和隐私政策约束。
This policy applies to data processing by Moto Fuel Tracker version 1.2 and compatible updates on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Apple’s App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, and CloudKit services are also governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
2. App 处理哪些数据2. Data processed by the app
根据你主动使用的功能，App 可能处理：
Depending on the features you choose to use, the app may process:
- 车辆名称、品牌、型号、年份、车牌、车辆照片、虚拟车库布局、轮胎着地点及归档状态；Motorcycle name, make, model, year, plate, photos, virtual-garage layout, tire contact points, and archive status;
- 加油日期、金额、油价、油量、累计里程、燃油标号、满箱状态、加油站和备注；Fuel date, cost, unit price, liters, odometer, grade, full-tank status, station, and notes;
- 保养日期、里程、金额、地点、备注及保养项目；Maintenance date, mileage, cost, location, notes, and maintenance items;
- 你主动选择的票据、加油机、支付订单、车辆照片或 Excel 文件；Receipt, pump, payment-order, motorcycle images, or Excel files you explicitly choose;
- 用于判断试用、只读或永久解锁状态的 App Store 交易结果与本机权限状态。App Store transaction results and local entitlement state used to determine trial, read-only, or Lifetime Unlock access.
3. 用途与保存位置3. Purpose and storage
设备本地：保存记录、计算统计、离线使用、保存设置、处理照片并维护有限的自动恢复副本。
On your device: stores records, calculates statistics, supports offline use, saves preferences, processes images, and maintains limited recovery copies.
你的私人 iCloud：在你使用 iCloud 时，通过 CloudKit 私有数据库同步车辆、照片、加油和保养数据。开发者通常无法直接查看该私有数据库的内容。
Your private iCloud: when enabled, syncs motorcycles, photos, fuel, and maintenance through your private CloudKit database. The developer generally cannot directly view its contents.
Apple App Store：Apple 处理试用确认、购买、恢复购买与交易验证。开发者不会取得你的银行卡或完整付款资料。
Apple App Store: Apple handles trial confirmation, purchases, restoration, and transaction verification. The developer does not receive your card or full payment details.
开发者服务器：开发者不运营用于集中保存你的车辆、骑行、票据或保养记录的服务器。
Developer server: the developer does not operate a server that centrally stores your motorcycle, riding, receipt, or maintenance records.
4. 相机、照片与设备端识别4. Camera, photos, and on-device recognition
只有在你主动拍照或选择图片时，App 才会请求相机或照片访问。票据文字识别和摩托主体抠图使用 Apple 的设备端能力完成，用于建议日期、金额、油价、油量和燃油标号，或生成透明摩托图层与车库封面。你可以在保存前修改、拒绝或放弃结果。原始票据不会因识别功能上传到开发者服务器；你明确保存为车辆照片或车库封面的内容可能随车辆数据同步到你的私人 iCloud。
The app requests camera or photo access only when you take or select an image. Receipt recognition and motorcycle subject isolation use Apple’s on-device capabilities to suggest dates, costs, unit prices, liters, and fuel grades, or create a transparent motorcycle layer and garage cover. You can edit, reject, or discard results before saving. Source receipts are not uploaded to a developer server for recognition. Content you explicitly save as a motorcycle photo or garage cover may sync through your private iCloud.
5. 试用、永久解锁与交易信息5. Trial, Lifetime Unlock, and transactions
14 天完整体验不会自动续费，也不会在结束时自动扣款。App 使用 StoreKit 验证试用、永久解锁和历史购买资格，并在设备上保存必要的权限状态。永久解锁的付款、退款、家庭共享（如适用）和凭证由 Apple 管理，开发者不会接收你的支付卡号。
The 14-day full trial does not renew or charge automatically. StoreKit verifies trial, Lifetime Unlock, and prior-purchase eligibility, while the necessary entitlement state is stored on-device. Apple manages payment, refunds, Family Sharing where applicable, and receipts; the developer does not receive your card number.
6. iCloud 同步6. iCloud sync
使用 iCloud 时，App 会在你的 CloudKit 私有数据库与当前设备之间检查、上传、下载和合并记录。同步异常时，App 可能提供使用本机数据修复 iCloud、处理冲突或重新同步等选项。执行可能替换云端内容的操作前，App 会说明影响并要求确认。
When iCloud is used, the app checks, uploads, downloads, and merges records between the current device and your private CloudKit database. If sync needs attention, the app may offer repair, conflict resolution, or resync options. Before any action that may replace cloud content, the app explains the effect and asks for confirmation.
7. Excel、分享与自动恢复7. Excel, sharing, and recovery
App 只读取你通过系统文件选择器主动选择的文件，导入前可显示预览。导出的工作簿由你决定保存或分享到何处。向第三方 App、云盘、网站或人员分享后，其后续处理受第三方政策约束。App 可能在重要写入、导入、替换或修复前，在应用沙盒内保留有限的本机恢复副本；它们不会主动发送给开发者，并会随数据生命周期轮换。
The app reads only files you explicitly choose and may preview records before import. You decide where exports are saved or shared; after sharing with another app, service, website, or person, that party’s policy applies. Before important writes, imports, replacements, or repairs, the app may keep limited local recovery copies inside its sandbox. They are not sent to the developer and rotate with the data lifecycle.
8. 我们不做什么8. What we do not do
- 不出售或出租个人信息、车辆数据或骑行记录；We do not sell or rent personal information, motorcycle data, or riding records;
- 不使用广告 SDK 或第三方行为分析 SDK；We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs;
- 不为广告目的跨其他公司的 App 或网站追踪你；We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising;
- 不要求创建由开发者运营的账户。We do not require a developer-operated account.
9. 你的控制、删除与保留9. Your controls, deletion, and retention
你可以编辑或删除加油、保养和车辆记录，归档或恢复车辆，并导出数据。删除车辆会移除其关联记录与照片，有限的本机恢复副本可能在轮换前短暂保留。你可以在系统设置管理照片、相机和 iCloud 权限，并在 Apple 账户管理购买。卸载 App 会删除该设备的本地数据，但不会自动删除仍在私人 iCloud、其他设备或导出文件中的副本。
You can edit or delete fuel, maintenance, and motorcycle records; archive or restore motorcycles; and export data. Deleting a motorcycle removes its related records and photos, though limited local recovery copies may remain briefly until rotated. You can manage photo, camera, and iCloud permissions in Settings and purchases through your Apple Account. Deleting the app removes local data on that device but does not automatically remove copies in private iCloud, on other devices, or in exports.
10. 数据安全与儿童隐私10. Security and children’s privacy
App 依赖 Apple 平台的应用沙盒、系统权限、StoreKit 和 CloudKit 安全机制，但没有任何存储方式能够保证绝对安全。App 不以儿童为目标，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
The app relies on Apple platform protections including app sandboxing, system permissions, StoreKit, and CloudKit, although no storage method can guarantee absolute security. The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
11. 政策更新与联系11. Changes and contact
功能或数据处理方式发生实质变化时，本页会更新生效日期。对隐私或数据处理有疑问，请通过 App Store 产品页面提供的开发者联系方式联系，并避免附上不必要的身份证件、完整车牌、支付凭证或其他敏感数据。
If features or data practices change materially, this page will be updated with a new effective date. For privacy or data questions, contact the developer through the App Store product page and avoid including unnecessary identity documents, full plate numbers, payment credentials, or other sensitive data.
