This page covers the most common Moto Fuel Tracker questions. Before troubleshooting, update the app, verify the correct Apple Account is signed in, and avoid repeatedly deleting the app while data is still being checked.
1. 开始使用1. Getting started
先在“车库”添加摩托并设为当前车辆，再从底部中央的加号记录加油。日期、金额、每升油价和累计里程是形成完整区间的关键数据。建议每次加满时开启“加满油箱”。
Add a motorcycle in Garage and make it current, then use the center plus button to record fuel. Date, cost, unit price, and odometer are key fields. Turn on Full Tank whenever the tank is actually filled.
2. 为什么某次记录没有油耗？2. Why does a record have no consumption value?
App 使用满箱法。第一个满箱记录建立基准，第二个满箱记录到来后才会形成可计算区间。中间的部分加油会自动合并进下一个满箱区间，这不是数据丢失。
The app uses the full-tank method. The first full tank establishes a baseline; a computable interval appears after the next full tank. Partial fills in between roll into that interval and are not lost.
3. 照片识别没有填满所有字段3. Photo recognition did not fill every field
文字识别是辅助录入，不保证每张票据都能完整读取。请尽量保持画面清晰、正对、光线均匀，并把日期、金额、油价和油量完整拍入。识别结果保存前均可手动修改。
Recognition assists data entry but cannot guarantee every field on every receipt. Keep the image sharp, straight, and evenly lit, with the date, cost, unit price, and liters visible. You can edit every suggestion before saving.
虚拟车库抠图建议使用背景简洁、车身完整、前后轮可见的约 45° 照片。轮胎着地点决定地面轴线和阴影位置。
For Virtual Garage, use a clean-background photo at roughly 45° with the full motorcycle and both wheels visible. Tire contact points define the ground line and shadow position.
4. iCloud 没有同步怎么办？4. What if iCloud is not syncing?
- 确认所有设备登录同一 Apple 账户，并已开启 iCloud Drive。Confirm every device uses the same Apple Account and iCloud Drive is enabled.
- 在 App 的“车库 → 设置与数据”查看 iCloud 状态。Check iCloud status in Garage → Settings & Data.
- 保持网络连接和 App 前台运行片刻，让首次同步完成。Keep the network connected and the app open briefly so the first sync can finish.
- 如果一台设备已有完整数据，先导出 Excel 备份，再使用 App 提供的同步或修复选项。If one device has the complete dataset, export an Excel backup before using any sync or repair option.
5. Excel 导入、导出与恢复5. Excel import, export, and recovery
“设置与数据”可导出车辆、加油、保养及项目明细，也可导入 App 备份或兼容的 Excel 文件。导入前会显示预览；请核对车辆、记录数量与金额后再确认。建议在大量编辑、换机或同步修复前保存一份导出文件。
Settings & Data can export motorcycles, fuel, maintenance, and item details, and import app backups or compatible Excel files. Review motorcycles, record counts, and totals before confirming. Keep an export before major edits, device changes, or sync repair.
6. 14 天试用、永久解锁与恢复购买6. Trial, Lifetime Unlock, and restore purchases
14 天完整体验不会自动续费，也不会在结束时自动扣款。决定继续使用时，可在 App 内一次性永久解锁。更换设备或重新安装后，请使用购买时的 Apple 账户并选择“恢复购买”。付款、退款及购买凭证由 Apple 管理。
The 14-day full trial does not renew or charge automatically. If you decide to continue, the app offers a one-time Lifetime Unlock. After changing devices or reinstalling, use the Apple Account that made the purchase and choose Restore Purchases. Apple manages payment, refunds, and receipts.
